Honey Bee Demonstration:

The CCBA is located in Chester County, Pennsylvania and is a non-profit beekeeping club with membership open to the public. We have more than 250 members, who share a common interest in honey bees and beekeeping. Many of our members keep bees as a hobby, but some of our members are involved in beekeeping as a sideline or main business.  
---  Demonstration is FREE to all ticket holders,  but you must sign up at the ticket tent. (LIMIT 30 people)

Coffee 101: This FREE class will teach you about coffee from seed to cup and give you at-home barista skills! Taste a variety of coffees that Pike Creek Coffee offers. Ask questions and learn from the best! Demonstration is FREE to all ticket holders,  but you must sign up at the ticket tent. (LIMIT 30 people)

Examples from last year's Menu: 
1st course - Tempura battered gulf shrimp, melon brûlée mosaic, with a habenaro, honey-basil aioli & watermelon Blanc Franc foam.

2nd course - Diver scallops wrapped in mustard greens & parma proscuitto. with a Cabernet emulsion, forbidden rice, and broccoli rabe.
